I am familiar with the challenges organizations face today, as well as the many demands placed on managers and employees. I am also very familiar with the juggling act of everyday life in a working family. I have experienced ups and downs in my own professional career and have supported many people in these situations. Whether in large corporations or medium-sized companies, whether in comprehensive transformations or individual change processes, I have had the privilege of supporting a wide variety of people. I have worked in various industries: mechanical engineering, banking and insurance, pharmaceuticals, and aviation.
