Coach. Trainer. Leadership. Self-winder.
My work is based on expertise, experience, and practical relevance. I am familiar with the challenges organizations face today, as well as the many demands placed on managers and employees. I am also very familiar with the juggling act of everyday life in a working family. I have experienced ups and downs in my own professional career and have supported many people in these situations. Whether in large corporations or medium-sized companies, whether in comprehensive transformations or individual change processes, I have had the privilege of supporting a wide variety of people. I have worked in various industries: mechanical engineering, banking and insurance, pharmaceuticals, and aviation. So I speak not only from theory, but from lived experience.
I am familiar with the various facets of talent management, change management, and development and learning processes. I am an advocate of the 70:20:10 learning model, which means that 70% of people learn in their everyday lives by expanding their comfort zone.
I have several years of experience as a leader by having developed and established myself from an employee level to the leader of the team. I have several years of experience as a manager. My focus is on employee- and strength-oriented leadership. An essential part of my role is to encourage and support employees in their development: the manager as coach.
I am experienced in moderating workshops and conducting training courses for managers and employees. I have also been able to pass on my knowledge to students at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University for many years.
My career and life is characterized by continuous change and development. My professional and personal life has been shaped by continuous change and development. I am curious and enjoy trying new things. My approach is “learning by doing,” which I reinforce with self-reflection and feedback. I continuously work on my personal growth and constantly expand my knowledge with a wide variety of approaches.
Through my experience as a working mother in a leadership position, I am familiar with the particular challenges of these two roles and use various levers to juggle these areas of tension. In particular, I have integrated my role as a mother, but also other roles in social engagement, into my personal development, thereby creating synergies.
I myself have been and continue to be a coachee for various coaches. I have actively lived the role of “manager as coach.” My training as a systemic business coach has been and continues to be just as helpful to me as my practice as a coach.
