Online group coaching
The online coaching is an 8-week program in which we work on aligning you positively and energetically, strengthening your mindset and inner strengths.
How you benefit:
- You will rediscover yourself on a deeper level and strengthen your future identity.
- You will activate your resources and learn to proactively shape your growth.
- Through inspiration and mutual exchange, you will gain new and unfamiliar perspectives.
The program comprises various modules. Each week, we work together on a specific topic. The online meeting is followed by a phase of individual work and reflection. You can expect to spend approximately 3 hours per week on the program.
Topics focuses in the program include:
- The principle of inner growth: The foundation for your further development is to examine and understand your values, your inner beliefs and programs, and your patterns. We go into depth and you take action to truly anchor and live your insights.
- Your growth enablers: We discuss various options for how you can proactively shape your growth. Together, we embark on a journey to find the key to your transformation.
